WaterTrust does not currently claim a completed clean-water infrastructure project. This page is intentionally evidence-first: a project is published only with a defined scope, budget, timeline and public supporting records.

1. Scope
What will be built or repaired, where it will happen, who is responsible and who benefits.
2. Budget
Expected costs before work starts, followed by actual spending and receipts where publication is lawful.
3. Timeline
Start date, milestones, current progress and completion status — updated instead of silently changed.
4. Evidence
Photos, invoices, partner confirmation, transaction references and a final outcome report.

WaterTrust will publish the first project when the minimum evidence above exists. Progress will then be shown publicly from preparation through completion.
