These disclosures explain how this website, WWT token interactions, airdrops and submitted information are handled. They are written for clarity and do not replace advice from a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.

1. Terms of use
- This website provides project information, verification links and interfaces to third-party blockchain services.
- Users are responsible for verifying the official mint and transaction details before signing a blockchain transaction.
- Third-party services such as Solana explorers, wallets, DEX interfaces and Streamflow operate under their own terms.
- No statement on this website guarantees token price, liquidity, exchange support, returns, project completion or future utility.
- Information may be updated when on-chain state, project plans or public evidence changes.
2. Token & market risk disclosure
- Crypto assets can be highly volatile and may lose most or all of their value.
- Liquidity may be thin or unavailable, and slippage can be significant.
- Wallet compromise, phishing, fake token mints and malicious links can cause irreversible loss.
- Disabled mint/freeze authorities reduce specific token-control risks but do not remove market, custody, operational, legal or third-party risk.
- DEX, RPC, wallet, indexer and website outages can interrupt access or display stale information.
- Never spend funds you cannot afford to lose.
3. Privacy
WaterTrust may process information that a user voluntarily submits through forms, including email address, public wallet address and campaign/airdrop request data. Technical logs may include IP address, user agent, timestamps and security events.
- Public wallet addresses are blockchain identifiers and should not be treated as private once submitted for public on-chain activity.
- Newsletter and campaign data are used to operate the requested feature and prevent abuse.
- WaterTrust does not publish raw subscriber lists. Public payout views mask wallet identifiers where practical while linking completed transactions.
- Do not submit private keys, seed phrases, passwords or other wallet secrets. WaterTrust will never need them.

4. Airdrop & promotion terms
- Airdrop eligibility may be limited by campaign rules, wallet limits, anti-abuse checks and available allocation.
- Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or payment.
- Official WaterTrust airdrops do not require a private key or seed phrase.
- If a campaign requires an on-chain action, verify the exact transaction and official domain before signing.
- Published SENT payouts should include an on-chain transaction reference when available.
- WaterTrust may pause or end a campaign when abuse, technical problems, legal concerns or allocation limits make continuation impractical.
5. Clean-water / impact statements
WaterTrust’s mission is to build toward verifiable clean-water work, but no completed clean-water infrastructure project is currently claimed. Any future project should be evaluated using the public scope, budget, timeline and evidence published on the Projects page.
